The Secretary of State for the Colonies presents his compliments to the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty and requests that they will be so good as to cause to be transmitted to him, for the information of Her Majesty's Government in Hong Kong, the following documents:
1. Copies of the Rules of the Admiralty Court at Hong Kong (prefixed to Table & Return);
2. My Lords further desire me to state that they have nothing to add to their letter of the 2nd instant.
& request copies of the Rules of the Admiralty Courts, and of the Order in Council.
I am to request that the Vice Admiralty Courts may be returned.
